HOW TEMPERATURE SENSOR WITH THE TRACKERS
1.Brief Introduction of temperature detect solution
Real time Temperature detect solution is consist of 3 parts: temperature probe ,voltage protection box and tracker unit STT-310 and STT-600.
Temperature probe get temperature info and send the info to tracker .And then the tracker will send the temperature info to server via GPRS .The GPRS package with temperature info is send in time interval of 30s.
The voltage output of vehicle is not stable,which may cause temperature sensor over voltage. So we strongly suggest customer to use voltage protection box/ stabilizer.

2, Wire connection
Step1. Connect the temperature with voltage protection box.
There are 3 cable on the temperature sensor, the red, the black and the green one.
The green cable is output of temperature info, which is analog data from 0V~5V.
The red cable is the input voltage of temperature sensor, which is 5~10V.
The thin black cable is the ground of temperature sensor.
Consideration the voltage in vehicle is not stable,we strongly recommend customer to use our voltage protection box to provide stable voltage supply to temperature sensor.

Following is connection:
Vehicle voltage VCC--------------Input vcc
Vehicle voltage GND--------------Input GND
Output VCC------------------------temperature sensor Vcc in,which is red cable
Output GND------------------------temperature sensor GND,which is thin black cable
Step3. Connect the temperature sensor with tracker

4.The parallelism between temperature level and output voltage
The output of temperature probe is analog signal between 0~5V.
The signal will be conversed to digital signal in tracker unit.
Following is the diagram which shows the relationship between the temperature info and the
digital info after conversion.
